The second day of the conference was chaired by Dr. Vinod Khadkikar (Prof. MIST, Abu Dhabi, UAE) and Prof. Dr. Akshay Rathore (Assistant Professor in department Electrical and Computer Engineering.
The First Keynote Speaker Prof. Dr. Vinod Khadkikar conveyed that the next generation of research and development must be faster, enhanced, intelligent, integrated and secured. The conference helped the researchers and technocrats to deepen the understanding of Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology is a system in which plug-in electric vehicles, such as electric cars (BEV), plug-in hybrids (PHEV) or hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV), communicate with the power grid to sell demand response services by either returning electricity to the grid or by throttling their charging rate.
Second Keynote Speaker Dr Akshay Rathore conveyed that the Vehicle-to-grid can be used with grid able vehicles, that is, plug-in electric vehicles (BEV and PHEV), with grid capacity many more research areas and upcoming technologies. Students were also benefited and updated their skills on the latest technologies to understand how next generation computing can contribute to deliver faster and integrated commercial viabilities.
