A Standard Writing / Slogan Writing Competition was successfully organized at Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies (GITS) under the aegis of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The event was conducted through BIS Club No. SC-4881 under the able coordination of Dr. Vijendra Kumar Maurya.

More than 34 students actively participated in the competition with great enthusiasm. The key objective of this initiative by BIS is to spread awareness among students about the importance of Standards and Quality, and to educate consumers to make the right choices, such as preferring ISI-marked products and Hallmark-certified gold.
