On 19th June 2026, Dr. Kiran Soni, Associate Professor, Department of Management Studies, delivered an expert session on “Building a Conceptual Model from Literature: AI + Human Workflow” at Academia Insight Institute of Research Studies.

Dr. Yasmeen Ali (Professor) and Dr. Kiran Soni (Associate Professor), Department of Management Studies, delivered insightful and inspiring lectures during the Ph.D. coursework programme at Bhopal Nobles’ University, enriching scholars with valuable academic perspectives, research guidance, and engaging learning experiences through their expertise and effective communication.

Dr. Mehvash Baluch, Assistant Professor Department of Management Studies, conducted a week-long training programme for Rajasthan Administrative Officers on emotional intelligence, stress, crisis and conflict management, motivation, decision-making, and effective supervision to enhance leadership, administrative efficiency, and workplace management skills among government officials.

On 1st May, the Department of Management Studies organized a Slogan Competition on International Labour Day, celebrating workers’ dedication and inspiring respect, creativity, and gratitude through meaningful slogans.

The Department of Management Studies organized an insightful Alumni Talk on “Beyond Degrees: Skills and Strategies to Get Job-Ready,” delivered by Mr. Chirag Vaishnav, Officer (Exports) at Bharat Wire Ropes and an alumnus of the 2022-24 batch, who guided students on career preparation, essential skills, and real-world placement strategies.

The Department of Management Studies is organizing a two-day workshop on “Prepare & Present Start-up Ideas” on 23rd and 24th April by CS CMA Radhika Balasaria, focusing on developing students’ skills in ideation, business planning, and presentation.

Prof. P. K. Jain, Director, MBA Department, along with Dr. Mehvash Baluch, successfully conducted a training program on “Communication and Creativity” for RAS Officers at HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration on 20th April.

On 13th April 2026, Department of Management Studies organized a workshop titled “Rising Capital and Managing Finance for Startups,” led by Dr. Amrita Bokdia, which inspired students with practical insights on startup funding, financial planning, and entrepreneurial growth strategies.

On 9th April, 2026 the Department of Management Studies successfully organized MANTHAN 2026, a one-day Inter-College Management Fest, with the objective of nurturing managerial competencies, creativity, and collaborative learning among students.
