Department of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering & Master of Computer Applications Jointly organized an International Seminar on “Improving Customer Experience by Integrating ERP, IOT & CRM.”
In this seminar, International Resource person was Mr. Nirmal Gauda, who came from Netherlands and is working as a senior CRM Analyst in Avanade, Amsterdam. The Second resource person was Dr. C.P. Gupta who is working as a professor in the Department of computer science Engineering in University Engineering College, RTU, Kota. Mr. Nirmal shared his International industrial experience in the field of Customer Relationship Management with all the participants whereas Dr. Gupta shared his view and future possibilities in the field of Internet of things & ERP management in the IT industries.
More than 150 participants (Students as well Faculty Members) from various streams have resisted and attended the event. Participants learnt a lot from both the resource persons regarding industrial requirements and how we can fulfil such requirements by improving academics.
This seminar introduces the audience to the customer relationship management platform & its importance. Seminar focuses on how the integration of ERP with CRM helps in retaining the customer base across the online business environments. The customer experience plays a vital role with respect to any online commerce environment.
This seminar sheds light on the strategies and techniques for effective handling of customer data generated through Internet of Things. Attendees learnt about tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the ways they shook hands with an ERP platform to support the customers.
