She has cleared UGC NET in Management, MBA from Rajasthan Technical University Kota; M.Com. in Business Administration and Secured Second Position in Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, PGDCA from ACE Institute, B.Sc. (Mathematics) from MLSU Udaipur. She is backed by 10 (approx) years of teaching experience with exemplary track records in structural teaching and one thesis has been submitted under her guidance on “A Study of Emotional Quotient Profile of Selected Academicians in the Siliguri Region of West Bangal”.

She has attended FDP (Faculty Development program) Sponsored by “AICTE”, Attended 9 Days Workshop on “E-Resources” organized by University Central Library, Attended 2 day’s workshop on “Structural Equation Modeling”, organized by MBA (E-Business, Rural Management, Mass Communication and Social Works) Program Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Participated in the Faculty Development Program on Learning Enhancement and Contributed Presentation entitled “Model Building for Business Decision & some Popular Techniques of Operations Research”, Participated in Faculty Development Program on “How to write Research Paper & Resolving Common Grievances of the Students”, 2010.
She has successfully completed the project of Dainik Bhaskar on “To Understand the Dynamics of Print Media Industry among Advertisers” in Udaipur.

She has prepared the Course Structure for various subjects of PGDM program as Business Mathematics, Business Statistics, Operations Research, Production Management, and Research Methodology.
